Organic hops

We at Mr. Malt want to contribute to a sustainable future. Organic farming is something we would like to support and offer. Organic hop farming is an adventurous business with great risks. For example, the warm weather in 2018 caused no organic harvest at all in Europe!

Organic hops from the northern hemisphere: The organic hops are pelleted after the conventionally grown hops. This means that the organic harvest becomes available significantly later compared to the regular harvest.

Organic hops from the southern hemisphere: In New Zealand and Australia, they start with the organic hops, which are thus available before the conventional hops.
