New Zealand hops with a fresh aroma with hints of lemon peel and spruce shoots.
Southern Cross was produced by New Zealand's HortResearch hops development program in 1994. It is a cross between the New Zealand Smooth Cone and a research variety which in turn was a mix between a Cali and English Fuggle.
Aroma: Lemon peel and spruce shoots with a clean spiciness.
