Allround hop from New Zeeland that is a hybrid between Saaz and the moderna New Zeeland hops. Mouteka is great for bittering but shines in flavor and aroma with it's fresh fruitiness with notes of citrus and lime.

Amplifire™ Pellets are a concentrated form of hop pellets, designed to increase flavor and aroma as well as beer yield. Amplifire™ Pellets can be used as regular T90 pellets, but are best suited for late additions such as whirlpool, end of boil or dry hopping. 500-600 g Amplifire™ Pellets is equivalent to using around 1 kg of T90 hop pellets.

Commonly used in modern lager and pilsner, belgian ale.

Bred by Hop Research Center in New Zeeland as a cross of Saaz and a native strain. Was previously known as 'B Saaz' or 'Belgian Saaz' after a Belgian brewery took an early liking to it.

Aroma: Citrus, lime, tropical fruit, slightly spicy.

Origin: Nya Zeeland

Typical values:
Alpha acid (correct alpha value is printed on the package): 8 - 11 %
Storage stability (alpha acids): Good, 60-70% alpha acids remaining after 6 months at 20 °C
Possible replacements: Saaz, Sterling
