Lauren Torres

Lauren is based in Amsterdam (NL). She is originally from the United States, where she spent over 10 years at a large regional craft brewery, Bell's Brewery (Michigan, USA). While there, she supported both the quality and brewing department through various management roles. Eventually, she choose to explore the supplier side of the beverage industry. She moved into technical sales with Anton Paar, supporting beverage and other scientific industries.​

​ Lauren has been an active member of the brewing community. She is now a past president of the Master Brewers Association of the Americans. This role fell well in line with Lauren's passion as a brewing professional. Lauren is an experienced beer judge and has judged international competitions.​

​ Lauren is excited to continue to having a positive impact on the fermented beverage industry through her new role with Fermentis. She joined the team in 2025 in the role of Regional Sales Manager for Northern Europe.
