Grainfather counter flow chiller, for Grainfather G30, G40 and G70 (however, this version is not the large G70 CF-chiller). The cooler can also be used with other brewing methods, if you don't own a Grainfather.
Includes: tubing for wort, cooling water and hot water, threaded connector for incoming wort G30, angle hose barb connector (9 mm) for G40 and G70, tap adapter set.
The counterflow cooler consists of an inner tube for wort and an outer tube for cooling water. Wort and water travel in opposite directions, and the wort is cooled as quickly as it flows through the cooler. The temperature is regulated by adjusting the flow rate of water and wort.
Start by turning on the cooling water at a moderate flow before turning on the hot wort, to prevent expansion of the outer plastic hose on the cooler.
