MattMill Master is a very solid motorized malt mill of German quality.
This malt mill is a development of the MattMill Kompakt, with the addition of a high-capacity motor and a large hopper. Efficient malt mill that suits homebrewers and small microbreweries both.
The mill has hardened steel rollers, 50 mm in diameter. The large diameter of the rollers makes it easy to get the crushing started, and keeps husks intact and limits the heat development during operation, which makes it optimal for a good brewhouse efficiency and lautering.
The mill is encapsulated in a solid steel and aluminum casing.
Adjustable roller distance, in 5 steps:
Capacity:
Crushes up to 44 kg per hour.
One revolution of the rollers yields approximately 8,7 grams of crushed malt.
Hopper volume 7 liters (holds about 3,5 kg malt).
Sturdy 230 V, 50 Hz motor drives the malt mill at 90 rpm.
Schuko plug with integrated power switch.
Operation should be limited to 30 minute intervals.
