The perfect grain mill for microbreweries!

The Maltman 75 grain mill from the german company Sommer is well suited for breweries that brew up to about 200 liters of beer at a time.
It has a nominal capacity of 75 kg of malt per hour, however at a grind size suitable for brewing the actual capacity is considerably higher.
The grain mill has two heavy-duty rollers made from hardened steel and the gap size between them are infinitely adjustable
The flow of malt is adjusted with a sliding hatch, and the mill is equipped with stainless steel hand guards at the top and at the bottom, and a magnet to catch any foreign metal objects that might accidentally make its way into the crusher.
Choose hopper size: The Standard hopper can hold about 2.5 kg of malt. The Large hopper can hold about 12.5 kg
All the surfaces are covered with a food-safe coating (RAL 9001).

Äntligen en maltkross som fungerar utan krångel. Förvisso dyr, men kvalitet och bra resultat av krossningen. Nu behöver jag inte investera i någon ny under resten av mitt liv.

Lite lyxigt med en rejäl kvarn, men skönt med att slippa vevandet på den gamla kvarnen. Provkörde den och den mal väldigt bra. Pga av de stora hjulen och den lätta justeringen av avståndet så blev malresultatet klart bättre än enklare hand-krossar.
