Description

A low-foaming, acidic final rinse for use on brewing equipment.
Counteracts microorganic growth and is efficient against scaling and build-up of mineral deposits.
Suited for CIP systems and appliances where foaming cleaning agents are unappropriate.
Recommended dosage: 1 - 2 % in warm water, equivalent to 10 - 20 ml per liter of water.
Soak or spray on equipment. Drain the remainder afterwards.
Rinsing not necessary at normal dosage rates.
Prior to application the surfaces must be cleaned, using alkaline detergents such as Alka Clear followed with water rinse.
