Low-foaming sanitizing detergent
Description
Article no.: 852302
A low-foaming, acidic anionic final rinse for use on brewing equipment.
Chemipro CIP counteracts microorganic growth and is efficient against scaling and build-up of mineral deposits.
Suited for CIP systems and appliances where foaming desinfectants are unappropriate.
Recommended dosage: 25 - 40 ml per 10 L of water.
Recommended contact time: minimum 3 minutes
Soak or spray on equipment. Drain the recipient afterwards.
Rinsing not necessary at normal dosage rates.
Prior to application of Chemipro CIP the surfaces must be cleaned, using alkaline detergents such as Enzybrew and rinsing with water. Avoid using Chempro CIP with soft metals.
