Ss Brewtech Keg WaSsher

The Ss Brewtech Keg WaSsher offers a convenient way to clean Cornelius kegs. No need to disassemble or remove QD posts, dip tubes, or other fittings, all parts are cleaned in place. No more extra-long scrub brushes or elbow grease.

How to operate:

1. Remove the keg lid, tilt and insert the spray ball attachment into the keg, and then rotate the keg to secure the lip against the WaSsher’s silicone baseplate seal.
2. Secure the locknut and snug the entire assembly down.
3. Attach the two ball lock quick disconnect fittings to the gas and liquid posts and ensure there are no kinks in the tubing.
4. Lastly, turn your keg upside down and put the entire assembly into a standard 30 l pail along with 8 - 10 l of your preferred cleaning solution, then activate the pump.
5. Grab yourself a beer and relax while the Keg WaSsher does the rest.

You can easily clean kegs in batches by setting up a wash station with 3 discrete buckets to perform cleaning, fresh water rinse, and acid sanitizer cycles. All while leaving the washer attached to a single keg, just jump from one bucket to next until the keg is cleaned, sanitized and ready for use. Low-foaming chemicals are recommended.

Since the Keg WaSsher only requires a small amount of cleaning solution, the result is less chemical waste and less environmental impact than traditional cleaning methods.

This is included: stainless steel stand, submersible pump, ball lock disconnects, silicone hoses, rotating CIP spray ball, power cable with European plug and on/off switch.

We recommend using this with a Ground Fault Interrupt (GFI) device. Do not let pump run dry. The bottom inside diameter of the bucket must be at least 27 cm.
