Innovative CIP solution designed to work with the weaker circulation pump from a home brewing system. Makes cleaning after the brew day much simpller.
CIP (Clean In Place) is widely used in the food industry and is now also available in a format that suits the home brewer.
By pumping cleaning agent through the rotor, the plate at the bottom rotates and swings around and spreads the liquid in all directions. This helps keep all surfaces wet and in contact with the cleaning agent, speeding up cleaning.
Works with both brewing systems and fermenters and with most pumps with power between 6W and 25W (for more powerful pumps it is recommended to throttle the flow with a ball valve). It is advisable to test before use with clean water to find the right placement and flow
Connections are in the form of a 12 mm (1/2" ) nipple or a 1/2" BSP male thread. Supplied with a 12x16 30 cm hose and a hose clamp
Must be mounted vertically to work.
Height including nipple: 86 mm
Height without nipple: 59 mm
