Enzyme based detergent for cleaning brewing equipment

Enzybrew 10 is an enzymatic detergent, specially formulated for cleaning brewing equipment. Perfect for cleaning brew kettles, fermenters, filters, heat exchangers and fermenting vessels, conditioning tanks, hoses, filling equipment, etc.
It completely dissolves organic soiling such as vegetable fibres, proteins, and starch (hops, yeast, malt flour, caramelised sugars, etc.), while being kind on people, equipment and the environment. Not corrosive to the skin. Avoid prolonged contact with light metals (aluminum, iron and copper).
Enzybrew is much safer to handle than strong alkaline cleaners, but still just as effective.
Dosage: 10 g per liter of water (1% solution). Use hot water (45 - 60 ° C). Contact time 30 minutes. Then rinse with hot water.
Works very well in CIP applicactions. The recommended dosage is 0.5 - 1% if light fouling, 1 to 2%, respectively, if severe fouling. Circulatie for 45 - 120 minutes.

Efter en natt i kittel den ta bort det värsta saker som är brände till botten. Behöver i ta skrubb alls. Bomull humlepåsar blir helt vit och fint också
