Alkaline cleaner with active oxygen and very good cleaning capacity. Good for CIP (Cleaning in Place) or soaking.
Recommended dosage for homebrewers: 3 gram per liter (corresponds to 2 tbsp per 10 litres. Breweries may use higher concentrated cleaning solutions up to 7-14 grams per liter. The degree of soiling should decide the needed dosage. For light cleaning a low concentration will suffice.
Recommended contact time is 30 minutes for mashing, sparging and boiling vessels and barrels, and 5-10 minutes for hoses. Longer contact time than three hours can damage the equipment.
Recommended temperature: Can be used at cool temperatures, but is more effective at higher temperatures. Do not exceed 70 °C.
Rinse with clean water afterwards.
