Highly efficient Plate Chiller with 20 steel plates (20 cm x 7 cm). Chills the wort as it is transfered from wort boiler to fermenter.
Can cool up to 30 l wort to 20 °C in 10 - 15 min (depending on the flow rate of the wort and the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water).

Back flushing the chiller immediately after each use is recommended for cleaning purposes.

Wort connection: 1/2'' MPT
Water connection: 3/4" GHT

Har under en tid funderat på vilken plattvärmeväxlare jag ska införskaffa för att påskynda kylningen. Var länge inne på 41 plattor men valde ändå att våga prova denna med 20st.

Tiden för kylning är fantastisk. Jag använder mig av en BM20 liter och kör med gravitation till växlaren och sedan ned i hinken. Vätskan var nog ca 95 grader men kommer ner i hinken på några sekunder vid runt 20-25 grader.
