By adjusting the flow, amount of water and time, you can get a clearer wort and better yield while avoiding extracting tannins. This sparge arm with an adjustable wort spreader offers the opportunity to achieve a perfect sparge.
Mounted on the handle of your InfuSsion Mash Tun and creates an even distribution of the sparge water on the surface of the malt bed. With the three different included inserts for the wort spreader, you can set the flow of sparge water to match the outflow of wort. You can further fine-tune the flow with the screw that holds the insert in place
You can either let the sparge water flow by gravity or pump it with a pump for a more stable flow.
