The Mini Mesh filter is custom made for PET Carboys and FerMonsters, providing a perfect seal.
The fine mesh (300 micron) makes it easy to separate out dry hops, oak chips or fruit used for flavouring.
When using a FerMonster, it is possible to use the Mini Mesh in tandem with the Monster Mesh. The Monster Mesh is designed to grab onto the lip of the FerMonster and the Mini Mesh is designed to grab onto the hole of the FerMonster lid, so you can have two infusions starting and / or ending at different times.
Use with the same bung size as with PET Carboys and the FerMonster lid.
Inner diameter: 4 cm
Outer diameter: 5,5 cm
Mesh size: 300 micron
Maximum recommended temperature: 80 °C (may be immersed in boiling water for up to 3 minutes for cleaning)
Material: nylon and synthethic rubber
BPA free and made out of food grade materials.
