The InfuSsion Mash Tun is a flexible mash and lauter vessel manufactured by Ss Brewtech that is perfect for the brweer who wants to build their own brewing system.

A stable mash temperature is one of the most important parts of the brewing process. The double-walled construction has foam insulation and is incredibly effective in reducing heat loss and maintaining a stable temperature. Through the digital thermometer and thermowell, you can easily monitor the temperature in the vessel.

The InfuSsion Mash Tun comes with a false bottom with handle that seals against the conical bottom leading to the lower TC connection. At this connection it's suggested that yoiu mount the supplied Pure Flow valve, which regulates the flow by compressing the silicone membrane, which also serves as a gasket for the TC connection. This means that the wort does not come into contact with any moving parts and no nooks and crannies where dirt and deposits can gather.

At the top of the insulated lid there is also a bulkhead with a 3/4" TC connection
for recirculation and lautering.

The pot is made of 304 stainless steel and has silicone-coated handles.
