Restaurant grade kettle from Patina, suitable for all kinds of heat sources (gas, electric, halogen and induction).
Made in 1 mm stainless steel (436). Encapsulated base with a 5 mm thick aluminium core. The base plate is magnetic stainless steel (430).

Note: Sometimes the ball valve can not be attached straight. This is easily fixed with some teflon tape. Make sure that the valve does not point down when closed because it might be opened if you accidently bump the pot on the stove.
