Brand new and updated version of the classic brewing system

German-made fully automatic brewing system with integrated cooling jacket and water-resistant control unit with built-in Wifi and Bluetooth.
The classic brewing system has just gotten even better. The new #Braumeister PLUS has a completely new control panel and several smart improvements in the construction. The controller now have a touch screen of 5 inches and is IP65 water resistant. The previously external Wifi-module has also been integrated together with support for Bluetooth. This also means that the firmware can be automatically updated at all times and new features can be added over time.
The construction has been further improved through to the temperature sensor now being mounted in the middle bar. This means that the temperature is always measured from the middle of the malt bed instead of at the bottom as before.
The Braumeister's unique design where the wort is circulated up through the malt pipe instead of out of the brewery and then over the top of the malt bed creates a less compact malt bed which reduces the risk of it clogging. The sparge takes place smoothly by gradually lifting the malt pipe up onto the stand at the top of the kettle.
Thanks to the jacketed kettle, you both get a more efficient boil from its insulating properties and can also cool the wort directly in the kettle without risking contamination from, for example, a cooling coil.
The entire brewing can be programmed via the control panel with support for protein breaks, step mashing and alarms for hop additions. It is also possible to set the start of the program so that you can, for example, get home from work just in time for the mash-in.

En härlig liten manick som gör vad den ska och man kan tryggt lämna den att sköta mäskstegen ifred. Bryggverk i denna storleken saknar konkurrens men passar mig som bor i lägenhet och det känns skönt att slippa bära hinkar och kastruller upp och ned från förrådet samt att maltkorgen och dess filter går in i diskmaskinen. Programvaran känns modern och överblicken av processen är tydlig samt att det är enkelt att föra in och välja recept till bryggverket. Kylningen fungerar helt okej. Hög kvalité men priset är lite väl häftigt, därav en stabil 4a.

Köpte eftersom jag var trött på att hålla på med alla mina kastruller. En fantastisk liten maskin som levererar. Hög byggkvalitet och i den här storleken fungerar kylmanteln väl.

Det beror lite på en del externa faktorer som vattentemperatur, vattentryck och önskad jästemperatur men vår erfarenhet är mellan 10-20 min
