Use your Braumeister as a fermenter with the help of this stainless steel lid.
The lid has a silicone gasket and is secured using the included clamping ring. Airlock and plug fit into the plastic bushing which can also be closed with the included lid. Also included are silicone plugs to prevent trub from ending up in the pump housing.
For best results when fermenting in your Braumeister, Speidel recommends temporarily moving the wort to an external vessel after boil and cooling. After cleaning the system, you can then return the wort and install the lid and airlock.
