For filling carbonated beverage into bottles

Stainless steel counter pressure bottle filler for filling carbonated beverages from a keg into bottles.
The bottles are filled from the bottom up, in an oxygen-free environment. The CO2 back pressure in the bottle prevents the beer from foaming.
Works best with cold liquids at a pressure between 0.6-1.1 bar.
Hose barbs for beer and CO2: 6 mm
1/4'' BSP thread beneath the hose barbs offers the possibility to replace them with JG 3/8" - 1/4" BSP. (1/4" NPT also creates a good seal, but may damage the threads if overtightened, due to the conical shape of its threads). Teflon tape is recommended on threaded parts.
The ball valve has three positions: Gas on - Liquid on - Off.
The pressure relief valve is manually adjustable and allows fine tuning the filling rate.
First, CO2 is added to the bottle to form an overpressure / back pressure. Remaining air is vented through the pressure relief valve.
When the main valve is turned, the gas supply closes and the beer line opens. The back pressure in the bottle causes the bottle to fill at a slow pace with moderate foaming.
When the bottle is full, shut off the flow by turning the valve to the Off position. After a few seconds the overpressure has vented and the bottle can be capped on foam.
Fits bottles with minimum height 22 cm and 14 - 20 mm bottle mouth. For higher bottles, a piece of tubing may be added as an extension to reach the bottom.
We recommend CIP (Clean In Place) with PBW or Enzybrew after use, followed by thourough rinsing with water.
Use Star San, Saniclean or similar sanitizer before the next filling session.
Silicone stopper 22/17 mm included.
Larger silicone stoppers can be purchased for use with growlers and other larger-sized bottles.

Det blir bra kvalitet på ölet i flaskan, bra kolsyrat och utan onödig kontakt med syre. Man bör dock tillverka en anordning för att hålla fyllaren eftersom det krävs att bägge händerna är fria att styra fyllningsprocessen! Får man till detta så går själva fyllningen enkelt!

Får en 5/5 i resultat men en 3/5 som bäst i användarvänlighet. Resultaten hittills är riktigt imponerande, har kunnat flaska av NEIPA från fat och få den att behålla både färg och smak som om den precis tappats av fat, no-brainer om man vill flaska av syrefritt utan att tömma plånboken helt. Tyvärr väger den dock upp för sina resultat i dålig användarvänlighet. Kan verkligen rekommendera att man göra någon slags ställning till denna då det blir väldigt bökigt och tröttsamt att hålla fast fyllaren så den inte skjuter ur flaskan av trycket, särskilt om man flaskar av ganska mycket.

Går det att kapa röret någon cm för 21 cm flakor. eller alternativt sänka silikonpluggen

Hej!
Flaskan behöver vara minst 22 centimeter. Jag vill tyvärr inte rekommendera dig att göra någon åverkan på mottrycksfyllaren.

Rengöring av fyllaren
Enligt beskrivning: "För rengöring bör rengöringslösning (PBW eller Enzybrew) spolas igenom flaskfyllaren enligt CIP (Clean In Place), följt av vattensköljning. Använd Star San, Saniclean eller motsvarande före nästa användningstillfälle". Hur gör jag detta på ett enkelt sätt?

Hej
Enklast är att fylla en PET-flaska med rengöringsmedel och en PET-adapter art 810788. Du kan koppla på din fatkoppling och sedan pressa lösningen genom fyllaren. Gör sedan om samma steg men med rent vatten.

Vad är det för diameter på fyllningsröret, passar 9mm som på era silikonproppar tex Art.nr: 8105

Röret för fyllning på mottrycksfyllaren är 6 mm i diameter, men längst upp är en tjockare del där diametern är 10 mm (där det sitter en silikonpropp monterad på bilden).
