The fruit is compressed by a press plate driven downward manually by a screw.
Frame and tray in enameled Stainless Steel. Press plate, extra wood blocks and basket in beech wood.
The collection tray has a draining spout for the juice and is removable for easy cleaning. The metal feet are sturdy, with sockets for floor-mounting the fruit press.
The basket holds about 12 liters of fruit and a pressing usually produces about 6 - 7 liters of must. Hard fruit must be shredded or chopped before pressing.
Polyester straining bag is included.

Kan vi beställa enbart silduk till pressen och hur vet man storleken på pressen.viken storlek på duken ?
Vi har frujtpressen men vet ej vilken storlek dvs hur många liter och vi behöver en ny silduk till den.
