Cider Enhancer can be added to most ciders to increase sugar content and flavor without raising the overall fermentability. Consists of a liquid mixture of apple juice concentrate and sugar syrup.
Unlike adding pure dextrose, Cider Enhancer gives more mouthfeel and body instead of the other way around. Corresponds to approx. 1 kg of pure dextrose.
