Pectoenzym in powder form. Used for wine or fruit juice with a lot of pectin. Breaks down the pectin in the fruit, increasing the juice yield and prevents cloudiness afterwards. Best kept in the refrigerator.

Dosage: 0.5 - 1 g per kg of fruit or juice. 12 hour contact time at 20 °C, lower temperatures may be compensated for by increasing the dosage rate.

Contains: Pectinase and Maltodextrine (carrier).
